The story goes like this: Neil told Christine that they were going to a nice dinner at the Ritz. They would arrive early and take a little stroll along the coast. However, what happens when it’s pouring down rain and there are gale force winds? He did it anyway! haha. Christine had NO IDEA why he was insisting they walk in the rain in their nice clothes. He dropped to one knee (with the help of the pup!) and the rest is history. Best day ever!
