Now Booking Portraits for Fall!

Last year was the first time in my career where my schedule completely filled up. Talk about a great homecoming! I started my business in Sacramento, then shortly thereafter moved 8 hours away to Riverside, and 2 years later to Seattle. Now that I'm back in the San Francisco Bay Area I feel like things have come circle and have finally fallen into place. I've been so lucky to photograph amazing weddings, wonderful family sessions, beautiful maternity, and fun engagements.

Here is where I currently have openings:

June 2016
July 2016
(August full)
September 2016
(October full)
November 2016
(December full)

If you'd like to book a portrait session (family, maternity, engagement) please contact me ASAP and I would be happy to reserve a date for you!

The Ledet Family in Carmel, CA

This lovely family lives in Texas but was in the area visiting family. They figured that it would be a nice change of pace from their usual family photos and boy, they were right! The Monterey Bay Area and Carmel hold a special place in my heart because it's where my late father lived for many years. We would spend weekends biking the trails from Seaside to Pacific Grove, we'd photograph sea otters at Point Lobos, and we'd watch the dolphins swim off the coast of Marina. I truly believe that the Monterey Bay Area is one of the most beautiful places in the world and felt so lucky to do this session there.

Stephan & Adriano's Los Angeles Arts District Session

I keep calling this an engagement session but technically Stephan and Adriano aren't engaged. However, seeing as how close they were and their great relationship I can't help but think that an engagement isn't far off ;)

We chose the Arts District in Los Angeles for their session because I knew it would match their vibrant, urban style. Stephan is a professional choreographer and photographer and Adriano is a former Italian model. Obviously they were both very comfortable in front of the camera! We had a great time wandering around, laughing, enjoying the beautiful murals, and sneaking onto a roof top garage for our final few shots of the evening.

Sessions like this are why I became a photographer. There is nothing I crave more than capturing a relationship authentically, and all that requires are people who trust me and allow their true selves shine through. Thank you Stephan and Adriano for being so trusting and so real in front of my lens!
